What I am all about.

I worked more on IT operations and service desk management, dedicating myself occasionally to programming. The experience has led me to work well in a team and to develop leadership skills. Despite I come from a technical experience, I am an empathic person, who likes to create relationships with colleagues, suppliers, partners and customers.

I currently work for alpenite to create the best experience for our customers on Salesforce Service and Salesforce CommerceCloud. I take care of ecommerce, web development and IT operations.
